HypeAgent AI is HypeAuditor's AI agent for influencer outreach. You give it a goal, a brand, a brief and a list of creators, and you decide how much freedom it has. It can draft every message for your approval, or it can run the conversations on its own and hand them back to you only when they reach the limits you set.
Sending outreach was never the hardest part. The hardest part comes after, when the replies pour in. You have to answer every creator, negotiate prices and terms, and make sure nobody gets lost or waits a week for an answer.
Now imagine that all of this is done for you. That's possible today, because AI has reached influencer marketing tools too. Meet HypeAgent, an agent that takes this work off your hands. Depending on your goal, you can hand it any of these jobs.
Mass outreach. Send first emails and follow-ups to hundreds of creators at once.
Warm leads. Collect a preliminary yes from the creators who are interested.
Rate cards. Ask every creator on your list for their prices.
Full negotiation. Let the agent agree on price and terms with each creator within the budget you set.
If you like to work the old-fashioned way and write every email yourself, HypeAuditor has an outreach tool built into the platform. If you run large outreach campaigns, say a thousand emails a month or more, or simply love the newest technology, HypeAgent is made for you. Let me show you how it works, from the first mailbox to the first replies.
If you're new to outreach, start with the basics: which channel to use, what to write and when to follow up are covered in my guide on how to contact influencers.
Before you start, connect and warm up your mailboxes
HypeAgent sends from your own mailboxes, never from a shared platform address. Open Settings, go to Integrations and click Connect mailbox. Google connects any Gmail or Google Workspace account, and Any provider connects everything else over SMTP and IMAP with an app password.

You can connect several mailboxes from the start, including mailboxes on a domain separate from your main one. In that case, a spam complaint about one campaign won't hurt the mailbox your sales team writes from every day.
Each mailbox has its own settings. You set the sender name and signature creators will see, a reply-to address if replies should land in another inbox, and tags. Tags look like a small thing until you have fifteen mailboxes for three clients.

The two numbers that matter most here are the daily send limit and the minimum wait between sends. Gmail allows around 500 emails a day, but a new mailbox that sends 500 on its first day is very likely to end up in spam. That's why I always turn on Slow ramp. In the example above, the mailbox sends 10 emails on day one and five more every day after that, so it reaches its limit of 50 on day nine. The Warmup tab shows this schedule for the first two weeks.

The Campaigns tab shows which campaigns use the mailbox, and I check it before attaching a mailbox to anything new. A mailbox with a limit of 50 emails a day doesn't send more because ten campaigns use it. Those 50 emails are simply split between the campaigns. If the tab is empty, the mailbox is free for a new campaign.

How many mailboxes you need for your volume and how to warm them up is covered in my article about the influencer outreach stack.
Step 1. Create a campaign and choose the goal
The goal tells the agent when its job is done. With Get Warm Leads, it stops once a creator says they're interested. If you choose rate cards as the goal, the agent keeps the conversation going until the creator sends their prices. The most ambitious goal asks the agent to agree on terms and budget, so a conversation comes to you only after the creator has accepted in principle.

Then pick the brand the agent speaks for. For an agency, this field matters most, because you add all your clients as brands once and choose the right one in each campaign. Language sets the language the agent writes in.
A campaign can be private, shared with your team or run in a sandbox. I'd start every new brief in the sandbox. There you see how the agent writes and replies, and no creator gets an email from an agent you haven't tuned yet.
Above the settings, the campaign shows where every creator stands, from not contacted and awaiting approval to in conversation, lead captured or declined. Until you launch, the campaign stays a draft and sends nothing.
Step 2. Go through the setup checklist and import creators
The Setup tab lists six things a campaign needs before launch, and the Launch campaign button stays inactive until all six are done. You connect a sending email, import creators, write the AI instructions, fill in the first email, preview it for one creator and add at least one follow-up. The instructions and emails get their own steps below.

Creators can come from three places. You can paste handles, profile links or email addresses from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X, one per line. You can upload a CSV. Or you can pull in a list you've already built in HypeAuditor. If a creator's email isn't in their profile, here are 11 ways to find someone's email on Instagram. I recommend the last option, because the creators you shortlisted in influencer discovery arrive with their contact details and you skip the export.

Step 3. Write the brief for the agent
The agent reads the How the agent should pitch field before every email and every reply. Whatever you leave out of it, the agent will make up.
HypeAgent fills the field with default instructions, and I recommend rewriting them for every brand. In our campaign, the brief starts with tone of voice. It asks the agent to be warm, respectful and concise, to sound like a real person rather than a marketing template, and to skip jargon and hype. Then come the points every email should cover, such as why we're writing to this particular creator and what the brand does, in one sentence.
After that, add what a new outreach manager would need on their first day. Describe the campaign and the deliverables, what you can offer and what the agent must never promise. If a draft comes out wrong later, fix the brief rather than the draft, or the next fifty emails will repeat the same mistake. Reset to default brings back the original instructions if you want to start over.
Step 4. Set up the first email and follow-ups
The first email has two modes. In Agent writes it, the agent writes a separate email for every creator from your brief and the creator's profile. In Send exactly this, it sends your own text and only fills in placeholders such as {{creator_name}}, {{creator_handle}} and {{brand_name}}. If you don't like how the agent writes, switch to your own template, and you can always switch back. For a starting point, take one of the 13 messages in our influencer outreach templates.
In agent mode, the field What the email should say holds instructions, not the email itself. In our campaign, the agent opens with one specific line about the creator's recent post and says who the brand is in one sentence. It lays out the deliverables and timing, doesn't ask for a call and doesn't promise to send more info. It ends with a yes or no question and stays under 130 words. That's the same structure as the outreach email template I recommend, and the subject line follows my subject line formula.

Follow-ups have the same two modes. For each one, you set a delay in days, counted from the previous email in the thread. They go out in the same thread, and a reply from the creator stops the sequence. Our first follow-up goes out three days later with a short instruction to restate the ask in one sentence, propose one concrete next step and never apologize for following up.
Before launch, pick a creator from the list and click Preview this email. That's when you find out whether the agent understood your brief.
Step 5. Decide how much the agent does on its own
You set autonomy separately for first emails and for replies. First emails either wait for your approval or go out automatically. Replies either come to you as drafts for review or go out on Autopilot.
I recommend starting with approval for both. Read the first dozen emails and replies, and fix the brief wherever the agent misses your tone. Switch to automatic sending once you'd sign every message yourself.

If the agent is allowed to talk about money, give it a frame. Set the currency, the minimum and maximum price per creator and the total budget. The default is three negotiation rounds, and after the last one the agent passes the conversation to you. In Deliverables, describe the package precisely, for example one Reel and two Stories with 30-day usage rights. Otherwise every creator quotes for something different, and you can't compare the prices.
Guidelines is the list of things the agent must never agree to. In our campaign, that's exclusivity and paid whitelisting beyond 30 days. The agent negotiates within these limits, and anything outside them comes back to you.
Step 6. Tune the sending settings and launch
This is my favorite part of HypeAgent, because here it works like a professional cold outreach tool. These settings decide whether your emails reach the inbox at all.
You can send every email as plain text, without any HTML, which is the most deliverable option. Or you can send only the first email as plain text and keep formatting in the follow-ups.
You can also switch off open tracking, and at high volumes I recommend it. To track opens, a tool adds a tiny invisible pixel to every email, and spam filters treat it as a sign of bulk mail. If you send tens of thousands of emails a month, switch tracking off and judge campaigns by reply rate. I'd do the same for a new mailbox during its first months.

The default gap between emails is 45 seconds. You can leave the campaign's daily cap empty, and then each mailbox sends up to its own limit. Keep Stop follow-ups once a creator replies switched on, because I can't think of a reason to nudge someone who has already answered.
When all six setup steps are done, click Launch campaign. What to measure after that and what a good reply rate looks like is covered in my guide to influencer outreach metrics.
Step 7. Answer creators from the inbox
All conversations from your campaigns land in one inbox. At the top, you see how many need your action and how many the agent has escalated to you, for example after the last negotiation round. Filters by status, mailbox and campaign help when several campaigns run at once.
With replies set to Draft for my review, every creator's answer arrives with an AI draft ready to go. You can approve and send it, edit it first or reject it and write your own. Next to the thread, you see the creator's stage, such as Interested, and a link to their profile. Replies the agent can't match to a campaign thread go to a separate Unassigned list.
FAQ
What is HypeAgent AI?
HypeAgent AI is HypeAuditor's AI agent for automated influencer outreach. It writes personalized first emails, sends follow-ups, answers creators' replies and can negotiate prices within the budget and rules you set.
How is HypeAgent different from HypeAuditor Influencer Outreach?
HypeAuditor Influencer Outreach is built for sending emails you write and handling replies yourself. HypeAgent adds an AI agent that runs the conversations and settings of a professional cold outreach tool, such as mailbox warm-up, plain-text sending and switching off open tracking. I recommend HypeAgent for regular bulk outreach of more than a thousand emails a month.
Can an AI agent negotiate with influencers?
Yes, if you allow it. You set the currency, the minimum and maximum price per creator, the total budget, the deliverables and the number of negotiation rounds. After the last round, the agent hands the conversation over to you.
Will HypeAgent send emails without my approval?
It does so only if you allow it. You can approve every first email and review every reply as a draft, or let the agent send first emails automatically and answer creators on autopilot.
Can I test the agent before it contacts real creators?
Yes, you can run the campaign in the sandbox to see how the agent writes and replies, and use Preview this email to check the first email for a specific creator before launch.
Which mailboxes can I connect to HypeAgent?
You can connect any Gmail or Google Workspace account, and any other mailbox over SMTP and IMAP with an app password. Each mailbox has its own sender name, signature, daily limit and warm-up settings.
Should I track open rates in influencer outreach?
I don't recommend it at high volumes. Open tracking adds an invisible pixel to every email, and it hurts deliverability when you send tens of thousands of emails a month or use a new mailbox. In those cases, switch it off and judge campaigns by reply rate.
Can an agency use HypeAgent for several clients?
Yes, an agency can add several brands and choose which one the agent speaks for in each campaign, and share campaigns with your team or keep them private.
